By accessing, browsing, or using the sj77 website located at sj77.club (the "Platform"), or by registering an account with sj77, you ("User," "Player," "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the sj77 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revisions.

Access to and use of the sj77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued by sj77 or by any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sj77 or any of its affiliated entities, or a close relative of any such person.

To access real-money gaming features on sj77, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one sj77 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether in the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sj77 bears no liability for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, sj77 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
• Account Updates: You are obligated to notify sj77 promptly of any changes to your registered information, including contact details and payment method information.

sj77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. These amounts are subject to change with prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via e-wallet (GCash, PayMaya) are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your sj77 balance.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's payment information section. sj77 targets same-day processing for KYC-verified accounts.
• Source of Funds: By depositing funds, you represent that the funds are lawfully yours and are not proceeds of criminal activity. sj77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal to Same Source: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

sj77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are granted for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• sj77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• sj77 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or close the account of any player who is found to have abused, manipulated, or exploited the bonus system in any way, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies.
• Deposit bonuses will only be credited after the qualifying deposit has cleared and the applicable bonus code (if any) has been entered correctly at the time of deposit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sj77 Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by sj77.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of fraudulent or dishonest gaming conduct.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform's payment systems.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or sj77 support staff through any communication channel.

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, graphics, text, and other materials on the sj77 Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of sj77 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit the Content without the prior written permission of sj77. Unauthorized use of any Content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sj77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if sj77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sj77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In the event of technical errors affecting game outcomes, sj77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

sj77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your sj77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sj77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logouts after specified gaming session durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net play.

• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a relevant authority.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance (net of any bonuses subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements and legal obligations.

Your use of the sj77 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the sj77 Platform shall first be submitted to sj77's customer support for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

sj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
